Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis and are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Please note that Oppang Kpop Store is closed on Mondays, so any orders placed will begin to be fulfilled starting on Tuesdays. 

Once the shipping label is created, the email used to place the order will recieve a message with the tracking information listed. 

For pre-order items, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the product to reach us following the initial release date in Korea should no unexpected delays occur. If you pre-order a product with an item that is already in stock, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item(s) have been processed and stocked. 

Please be advised that a variety of factors such as heavy influxes of orders, multiple groups releasings albums at the same time, shipment delays from the manufacturer, holidays, etc. may cause unexpected delays in shipment processing times. We ask for your patience when these situations occur, and we will try our best to communicate any delays with our customers and get your items shipped out as soon as possible. 

If the shipping address you provide us is incorrect, we are not responsible should the item be returned to us. Upon the item returning to us, we will contact you to verify your shipping address, and you will be charged the shipping fee a second time. If a package gets forwarded back to us due to an incorrect address, but gets lost in the mail, Oppang Kpop Store is not liable. 

If you would like to change your shipping address before the order has been fulfilled, please contact us at customerservice@oppangkpop.com. Modifications to the shipping address are unable to be processed once the order has been processed and the shipping label has been printed. Oppang Kpop Store is not liable for any orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or residents absent from the home at the time of delivery. 

Once an order has been delivered, Oppang Kpop Store is not liable for any items lost or stolen. Should you find that an item is missing or stolen please check with your neighbors to ensure that the carrier didn’t misplace the item, or call your local post office to see if they may have your missing package. If neither of these options work, contact the shipping carrier to file a case. We are unable to assist you with finding your order once it has been delivered. 

Return & Refund Policy

The outbox/cover/sleeve/case of an album is made to protect the products and it’s inside contents. While our employees check to ensure the quality of our products before they’re shipped out, small damages, dents, scratches, discolorations, etc. may occur during ay any point during manufacturing, packaging, and delivery, and are not an appropriate means for return or exchange. 

Oppang Kpop Store is not liable for any damages that occur while in-transit, and we are not liable for any packages that have been scanned by the carrier as delivered.

We ask that all customers film an unboxing video of their delivered items from start to finish to ensure that we can provide the best quality customer service should an issue with the product arise. 

If your product is delivered with any major external damage, please leave the product unopened and unsealed in the original packaging in order for us to be able to investigate the issue and provide a solution.

As the products are sealed in protective plastic wrap, any missing inclusions/photocards are beyond our control and are considered a manufacturing defect. Oppang Kpop Store does not manufacture the products listed on our website, therefore we are not liable for any manufacturing defect discovered within your order. However, if you find any manufacturing defects, please contact us at customerservice@oppangkpop.com with a video of you unboxing your order and the order number, and we may be able to assist you by attempting to contact our manufacturers to see what they can do for you. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue, but there is no guarantee that the damaged or missing items will be replaced by the manufacturer. 

Please note that no missing items can be redeemed/made up for without video proof that they were never recieved. To ensure that we can file a claim on your behalf, please make sure that you take a video unboxing the album starting BEFORE the plastic wrap is ripped off. Any videos sent starting after the product has already been opened will be considered invalid. 

Lightsticks are non-refundable, and several types of goods are unable to be returned including lightsticks, magazines, posters, and downloadable products. Before shipping, all of our lightsticks are inspected to ensure quality and check for any defects. To do so, we must open each lightstick before they are sent out, however they will be resealed, and a note will be provided assuring the quality of the product. 

If an order has an incorrect version or item, we sincerely apologize. Please do not open the item or remove the plastic seal, as any opened item will not be able to be processed for return/exchange. Contact us at customerservice@oppangkpop.com with a photo of the unopened incorrect item along with your order number and we will happily assist you on resolving the issue. Our return/exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery, after 14 days we are unfortunately unable to offer any returns or exchanges. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items you have changed your mind about once the order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier. No exceptions. Only orders with incorrect or noticably damaged items will be considered eligible for refund or exchange, so long as you provide us the proper video proof and the items are kept unsealed in their original packaging. 

Should you wish to send an item back to us for return/exchange, it must be sent within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not provide a return shipping label, so all return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the item returns to us it will be checked to ensure that it is unopened, in the original shipping condition, and was purchased from Oppang Kpop Store. Should all these condtions be met, a refund of the item cost excluding the initial shipping fee will be provided to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days. 

Any items that are returned to us that have been used/opened or are damaged beyond what was discussed with our customer service team are only eligible for a partial refund, excluding the original shipping fee.
